Where do I begin...

First, pricewise this place isn't the best. They don't include anything in your rent--you have to pay for cable, water/sewage, covered parking, etc. The old management at least included cable and water/sewage, but new management got rid of that deal and hiked the rent up as well.

Second, the windows are perhaps the oldest and worst I have ever seen. They do not seal properly whatsoever, so expect your power bill in the winter to be a lot higher. The draft you feel is your wallet becoming lighter.

Third, the workout room here is a joke and lacks any modern weight room equipment. The management responds to this by saying, "Well you get to use the Mt. Park recreation center by living here." However, there have been many whispers lately that the recreation center is closing down due to insufficient funds necessary for repairs. Plus, the apartment complex often forgets to pay its dues to the rec center, meaning you might be kicked out...how embarassing.

Fourth, if you are not a pet lover do NOT move here. This is one of the few complexes in the area that allows pets. I don't mind pets, I just hate irresponsible pet owners. Dogs are barking at all hours of the night, and owners constantly fail to clean up after their animals. Despite numerous complaints to management, nothing is ever done. If you don't mind stepping in dog crap and tracking into your apartment on a weekly basis, this is the place for you.

I'm outta here once my lease is up.
