Thanks to the new price increase I am happy to get out of this place. I loved it when I first moved in, water/sewer/garbage and cable all included in the rent was a great deal. I have read a couple other reviews and agree with some of the other comments, I too put my name on a waiting list for a covered space when they were free, and never hear a word. And never seem to get the same person in the office if I try. Our rent is going up over $400 a month and thats on top of the water/sewer/garbage, cable that has already been taken out of the lease agreement. I understand paying for upgrades but my apartment hasn't had ANY! The porch off the back was on some "list" to be repaired since it slopes downward (I'm on the 2nd floor) and it has never been touched. I still have all the old appliances and floors, and while the offer is to move into a newly renovated apartment, why bother' If I'm going to move, for that price, I'm going to go somewhere I can own, not fight for parking, windows and doors that don't create a draft, and no management to screw with me. If you're looking for an apt look elsewhere, if you're looking to spend a ton of money... look elsewhere, this is not worth it!
