MOVING OUT!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
The new management at One Jefferson Parkway has been terrible. No consideraton for residents and the latest rent increase of $400 per month along with now having to pay utilities has sealed my decision to move out. The management is price gouging people. I lived here for almost 3 years and the last year has been the worst rental experience for me. Don't move here unless you must.
