Not worth the money

When I originally moved into the apartment complex it felt like a good community. About 6 months there after a California based company purchased the complex. Rent increased, amenities disappeared (No more landlord basic cable, club house under permanent construction so that means no gym, pool, etc..., started charging for water and trash), new employees with really no care or tie to the residents. Mentioned needing my electrical outlets fixed because you'd pretty much have to tape a plug to get it to stay in the outlet...no work done. Thought that using the basement storage as a paint locker was a good idea. Oil based paint just left open to seep into walls, through pipes, etc...felt like I was living in a meth lab. Took them 2 weeks to finally clear it out...not to mention to leave the door open to air out the bottom area. Still to this day you can smell it.
