One jefferson parkway is one of the worst places you can possibly stay. They say they have a gorgeous new place freshly remodeled sure if you consider ripping off old face plates for cubards and put new ones on with screws still hanging out and all. Cars get broken into and they do not care, those survelliance cameras they say they have are nonexistant. Neighbors play loud music at odd hours of the morning almost so loud you feel as if its blasting in your room. I went without electricity for almost 2 months because maintence couldnt figure there stuff out, and we go without an outdoorlight almost every month because they put used light bulbs in. They do not respect there residents and are rude in the office. They do not have there files straight because every moth after turning in our rent check we get an eviction notice no matter what and they ont even say sorry they just tell me to get my check in on time, I ALREADY DO! its there mistake take the credibility. We also have the most adorable pit bull who we have had for 7 months now with no problems and they are just now giving us a 10 day notice that we have to get rid of our family member. They are heartless and could care less about you. Also along with the rent when you are always paying your rent on time you should be considered trust worthy but the one time we turned our rent in on the 5th day they had no hestitation to charge us an extra 100 dollars even after all the eviction notices they give us and all the hard times they give us. ONE JEFFERSON PARKWAY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

The paper work issue is for sure thier mistake. However, your pet is a restricted breed at their complex. I don't even live there, but I toured it recently and specifically looked over their pet restrictions. It's not their fault you decided to add a pet to your family that was not allowed. And as for the late fee... well that's just the way it goes. You pay late, you pay a late fee.
