I think it's funny how most people expect an apartment to provide the same quality of living as a real house. Aprtments aren't built the same and don't offer what a house can....plain and simple. No matter which apartment you decide to live in, you usually can't avoid noisey neighbors, parking issues, and maintenance problems. However, some are better than others. I came to One Jefferson Parkway about 6 months ago and so far my complaints are minimal.

I moved into a 2bed/2 bath unit and I really like it. Newer appliances and fixtures, new carpet, fireplace, 1200 sq feet, 2 patios, and lots of storage. The management staff has been friendly and they have attended to everything I have asked them to do.

So far, the only issue I have is the issue with my noisey neighbors. I never expected that I was going to have total silence. Anytime you share a wall, you are going to have noise. The only thing you can do is hope that you get quiet neighbors or that the surrounding units remain empty. Unfortuneately, I have two sets of neighbors that are noisey, inconsiderate, and total idiots. My upstairs neighbors stomp and the hippes the live next door to me play their music too loud at late hours. I have brought it to managements attention and they have been helpful, however, you can never have total silence in an apartment. I'm hoping that they move out sooner or later.

This place isn't spectacular but it's pretty good. I have no problem with calling this place home until I buy a house next year. If you come into this place expecting to get house/condo quality......you will be disappointed.

I would recommend this place to others.
