The staff is very helpful, from office to maintenance. I just moved out today, after 14 months as a resident. I enjoyed my apartment. It was quiet, with a great view, lots of windows and Mtn. Park is very centrally located to Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego and all the highways. There is a community college PCC Sylvania less than a mile from the apt. There is a New Seasons Grocery store a few blocks away. There are miles of paved hiking trails around One Jefferson Parkway. The Mtn. Park rec center right across the street is free to any resident of Mtn. Park also. There are tennis courts and basketball courts there too. Not to mention great rates with professional massage therapists.

I am also very happy to say they now have recycling containers on the property.

I find it odd that the first comment on this review defends the staff. Things that make you go hhhmmm.

why would you post this after you left the apartment? it sounds a lot like a post that should be made soon after someone moves in. it is better written than the other staff postings, but doesn't take a genius to see that a regular resident did not post this after being at one jeff for 14 months.

Good Lord, this sounds more like the For Rent ad for this place than a review! Staff members aren't even trying to disguise the fake postings anymore?
