This place has really turned around. The office staff is really friendly. The upgrades done to the property are wonderful. The rents are a little high but it is worth it for all the "extra's" you get. This property is close to everything. The maintenance staff responds quickly. The only bad thing here is the parking up on the top of the hill. So if you rent, rent by the office NOT on the top of the hill. How many apartments serve dinner to there residents once or twice a month' Or how many apartments serve donuts and coffee on Sundays' The gal that rented me my apartment was knowledgable, funny and very willing to help me get the best deal. Everyone should check this place out, you will be AMAZED!!!

Yes, this is a great place! And I feel completely safe. Last winter I lived somewhere else and I was snowed in for almost two weeks! But here at One Jefferson the entire complex was snow-plowed and tenants were able to get in and out. The trees are beautiful, it's quiet and peaceful and I love it!!! It's like living in a neat house.

LIES. I lived here during the winter ... all winter and they didn't even put salt or sand on the sidewalks or steps. The stairs were very dangerous for days and my roommate slipped and fell onto his back walking carefully down the stairs, but they were icy! The parking lot was snowed in for days and when they did snow plow my car was blocked in by the 4 foot wall of snow they sprayed directly behind my car!! I had to dig the huge pile of snow up and away from behind my car to get out of my parking space. They never fixed our runny toilet that leaked water all over the floor in bathroom for months. and they were notified several times. I put down a large towel and had to wash the towel every 2 days because it was already drenched with water.

this is a big apartment complex, with a decent budget for propaganda. knock on a few doors around the complex before you rent. you will find that there are way more negatives than positives here. not worth the money.
