I've lived here for 10 months and would highly recommend it. Repairs are done quickly, the grounds are kept up, noise is a minimum. The apartments with the loft, like mine, are well lit. It's just very pleasant overall and management takes care of issues right away, from my experience. I rarely hear barking dogs and everyone seems to own one. If anyone is complaining about bugs I think they need to just clean their floors more often, because there are bugs but mine have gone away when I clean up after every meal. You pay more but if you can afford it, it is worth the extra. One neighbor had their car window smashed but I think that can happen anywhere. You have to be cautious but it's not a regular occurence.

Try spraying Joy dishsoap diluted with water, add some peppermint oil if you want and spray this around. The ants don't like it and I've had success using this non-toxic solution. It can be a hassle to clean the floor twice a day, but it does keep the ants away.

the ants do not go away during the summer, no matter what you do. i don't know what part this happy customer lives in at one jeff, but they apparently got the good end of the bug-stick. most, however, are less fortunate.

1 Jeff is on top of an old volcano and there are ants. But ants don't have to be a problem. Just trace back their trail, find where they're coming in, and plug it with a bit of cotton soaked in lavender oil. No more ants!!! That's what I did and it worked! And I LOVE my apartment at 1 Jeff! Couldn't be happier!!!
