I moved in a couple of months ago and have been really happy with the place. I read some of the other reviews about this place and think some of the comments are stupid. It is an apartment complex and pretty much all complexes can have ants or mold, and can even be the tenants fault. The murder that happened over a year ago wasn't random so could've happened anywhere. The reassuring thing about this place is that they had it all on camera. There seems to be a lot of new management staff, all of whom seem great. The clubhouse and gym are so nice and clean. Love the continental breakfast they provide. My friends and family say it's more like a resort than an apartment complex. And a parking, a major prob at most apartments, is never an issue here.

perfect rating? wow. for conceding that "pretty much all complexes can have ants or mold," including this one, this complex sure comes out with a great rating. the truth: management is poor and often rude, the apartment will not be well put together, you will have bugs, and if there is a problem with anything you will be forced to work tirelessly to get it resolved.

This is a GREAT complex! The management is responsive and ALWAYS polite! Maintainence is great and fast. Sure there are some ants, but a little lavender oil sends them packing. And ants are pretty much everywhere! The apartment is "put together" beautifully! We feel as though we are living in a gorgeous tree-house with all the amenities. Best of all...we feel safe here!!!
