I've lived in this place for 10 months and still happy with it. The only two negative things are the price (too high) and old windows that offer little insulation. Other than that it's a great place. The maintenance is very responsive - my heater went out during the worst snow storm in the winter and they were fixing it within two hours after my call! My lease is running out in two months and I'll be moving but only because of the price.
