Extremely noisy if you are not on the top floor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Absolutely do not take a bottom or middle floor apartment, unless you don't mind disturbing noises from your upstairs neighbors! The noise from the outside stairs and upstairs tennants does not make it worth the while to reside here.
