1. Recently the Dalton Management Company fired the resident manager. Since then, the property has gone downhill fast.
2. Work order requests are not attended to in a timely manner.
3. Trash and recycle bins are not emptied on a regular basis.
4. Property signage that was knocked down two months ago still remains on the ground. Looks very shoddy and low-class.
5. Club house and work-out room is now locked during non-office hours.
6. Used to allow residents to wash their automobiles on-site. Without notice, they changed this policy.
7. When the manager was terminated, management prepared a tacky message and taped it to every apartment door. The terminated manager was all about serving the tennants. The Dalton Co wants to go in a different direction. Obviously, they have already started. This property now reminds me of 'rent-controlled' housing.
8. You will hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. The floors are creaky and it is difficult to walk inside without making noise.
9. Oswego Cove used to be a nice place to live, even with it's short commings. Now the grounds are an eye sore and the management is less than responsive. They must be blind.

I'm also a current resident and some of your points are valid but most aren't.
1. I'm sure the resident manager was fired for good reason. I haven't seen anything go downhill fast either, everything is pretty much the same.
2. Thats funny because my appliance was replaced in a quick fashion and not with some filthy used junk either as was the case before when another appliance failed.
3. Totally not true. Trash and Recycle service has never deviated from its normal schedule. Just because people choose to stuff the dumpsters with moving boxes and also put trash in the recycling bins has nothing to do with the apt. it has to do with the actions of certain residents.
4. The sign was knocked down and is just laying there, does look terrible.
5. I'm not happy with the locked clubhouse and the removal of the computer and printer but I'm thinking there was way too much nonsense going on at night.
6. Washing cars is still permitted, just not in front of office I guess.
7. This property became "Rent Controlled Housing" as a result of the previous manager not the other way around. All the abandoned vehicles were here for several years. In fact, I'm told the rent is going to increase first of the year which is probably a good thing in a Darwin sort of way.
8. By now everyone who has ever lived in an apartment knows that living below someone isn't a quiet affair, you just have to hope they are nice enough to minimize their noise. Get real.
9. Oswego Cove is still a nice place to live. The grounds look exactly the same to me, well maintained except for the broken sign and I've been told a new resident manager is arriving soon. Needless to say, you are tending to dramatize a difficult transitional period.
