This is a nice condo complex, but has a few shortcomings. Poor weather stripping around the windows, blocked rain gutters, badly lit pathways, unlit/unsecure mail boxes.

In the move to increase appeal, a number of units by the river were jazzed up. Their rents are ridiculous. Now, the other rents increase drastically with every renewal. I got a good price on my current condo, but I'll have to start looking for something else. Just know I'm going to see an increase that doesn't make sense.

Many vacant units, yet some poor management practices continue. Adjusting rent with market value (especially in Portland, city of many available properties) is critical to survival. Nice grounds or not.
