The best features of Oswego Pointe: location and size.
The rent is extremely high and the builders must have used the cheapest materials! Even though you live on the top floor, we can hear our neighbors tromping around downstairs in the early morning hours-I'd hate to know what he can hear of us! The windows are nice and big, but beware of the screens that can be easily popped out. If you have pets, these screens are not secure-and the neighbors will have management call animal control to come pick them up if they escape! Neighbors are unfriendly and nosey, always gawking in your window-so be sure to get some curtains, too. I haven't had a problem with managemt yet, but in reading what some other residents have written, I probably won't renew my lease if the rent is increased. There's too much competition to treat customers as poorly as the other reviews indicate...amenities, or not!
