I lived in this apartment for 9 months and it was a nightmare dealing with management. These were top of the line apartments when they were built in the 80?s and management has done nothing to them since then except for a little paint here and there.

Beautiful inside pool and hot tub had chlorine problems or were closed--when summer hit, the outdoor pool was closed for repairs when it was in the 90?s. Toilets leaked, carpet was worn, windows are single-paned. Above it all, the water is subcontracted out and costs a fortune--that is, when you finally get a bill--up to 3 months late and with late fees.
And, when I moved out, they nickeled and dimed you for every little ding--forget on getting much of your deposit back. It is really a shame that these apartments have gone down hill so much--they were quality places to live when they were built. Just another greedy owner! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
