The leasing staff are very nice UNTIL you sign the lease, then they are snooty and don't have time for you. The model apartment is way above and beyond what you really get when you lease. I would call it 'false advertising'. The people who maintain the grounds and buildings seem ever present - no peace and quiet here! The cars in the parking lots are broken into frequently. The mail is almost always late and somedays non-existant. You have to pay for water & sewer and cable, in addition to other regular costs. The grounds are very nice, if the maintenance staff would only vacate them long enough to give us some quiet time.
