Why bother with O.P. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, It's not worth it

Look at the history of these reviews! Get real. Why waste your time and money. Life is to short. I rented from O.P. and it was fine until the 3rd month into my lease. Management is AWFUL and they will nickel and dime you to death should you try to leave. Mgt. takes themselves WAY to seriously. They are a bunch of Prada snobs that need to grow up and get a grip. I had a chip in my bathroom sink, instead of replacing it, (which is from the mid 80's) they used cheap white paint. Then when I moved out they charged me $55.00 for carpet cleaning! Isn't that part of a move-out turnover. Hmm, that's what we call in the industry. That is their responsibility to get it ready, not the previous tenants! My electric bill in the winter was out of sight due to poor windows, the heat blew out!
Over all, DON'T DO IT! RUN, RUN FAST!
