I have lived at Oswego Pointe for a couple of years now. From the time I moved in maintenance has been nearly non existent: some of the things noted on the move in inspection are yet to be fixed.
About three months ago the entire management team was replaced, which tells you how bad the last group was. I thought I would give them a chance, submitting my repair list in writing twice (they lost it the first time). Three months later and it is still not done. After numerous requests, no commitment that it ever will. I'll leave it to the next occupants of my apartment.
It's really a shame, the place has such potential. Location is great and the trees are beautiful, but for the rent you pay you should get decent service and an investment by the management company (Alliance) in the complex. The windows are cheap and the utility bills are outrageous. The landscaping hasn't been touched in years. The clubhouse looks great, so you can tell where they put the money.
Gave my notice to move out a couple of weeks ago and they didn't even ask why. Asked to talk with the manager, and she never called. That should tell you something about the management.
If you rent here, plan on getting no service. If you're happy with that, you'll love it at Oswego Pointe.
