Buyer Beware. Sales staff are good at their jobs -- sales -- but be aware that once you're in, you're "just a renter" here. Winter move-in rates are great, but renewals come at hefty 20% or more increases -- and some units have risen more than $500/month over the last 18 months.
The complex has curb appeal and the apartments are spacious, with lots of space in the masters.
