Great L.O. location - lazy management team - hefty price increases.

Not a bad complex, very convenient to the downtown L.O. area - you can walk to many different types of businesses.
Unfortunately, I think the owner and management team knows what they have and a lack of immediate competition gives them a lazy attitude and the ability to raise the rents. Plus, they now charge water & sewer on top of the expensive rent!
Renting a bottom apartment here sucks becuase the neighbors above you have squeaky floors.
And, avoid renting an apartment anywhere near the train tracks that management doesn?t go out of their way to mention.
