Until the management staff of this complex is replaced don't move here. You'll live to regret it! The grounds are beautiful, the Harbor Side Lodge and Work Out rooms are nice, the location is great (except for the train). The sales staff only show you the good stuff on the tour. The apartments are spacious and have great views but the management company is lazy and basically lacking common sense. Call for a maintenance issue like a broken shower - wait about week until they bother to respond. Call 3 or 4 more times get nasty and you might get them to take notice, but then feel like a nag. At over $1000 a month, I'd like a shower please! Come home to find someone from the management staff leaving your apartment' It's happened to me once, along with several other times where at least they bothered to leave me a note AFTER they went in for a supposed "leak" in the apartment downstairs. The project to repaint and fix broken decks has taken at least a year. My deck was a mess with a plastic canopy up last year when I had Christmas guests and this year's tricker treaters may get treated to a wet-paint smear on their costumes if Halloween is anything like the last few days. No warning, no wet paint signs, just a nice white smear on your work clothes! For the kind of money they charge you can do better -easily! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
