Having lived at Oswego Pointe for eight years, I am surprised to read some of these other reviews on this web site. Granted, Oswego Pointe has undergone many changes throughout the years and some of these changes have been difficult. However, one of the best changes is the fact that Oswego Pointe has a new owner as of this year. Finally, money is being spent on projects that have been deferred for a long time. The previous owner pocketed the money and never kept up the community. Now, residents can enjoy new decks, fresh new paint, new fitness center, new clubhouse, etc. Also, my experience with the office staff has been nothing but helpful and enjoyable. In fact, I happened to see the assistant manager on her day off -even though she wasn't working and was with her family, she took time out of her day to let me into my apartment that I locked myself out of. The only reason that I moved was because I couldn't beat the interest rates and bought a condo. I would greatly recommend this community to others.
