experience was one of frustration - incompetence of maintenance staff(miswired our thermostat & it melted in the wall), constant turnover of mgmt staff; kept deposit after apt was approved as "excellent" by the check out staff member who was subsequently overuled by mgmt who did a later walkthru w/o tenants present. had to call police a number of times on rowdy upstairs tenants who finally were given notice. A neighbor tripped on uneven walkway concrete cutting her head open; mgmt did not paint a warning stripe nor fix the section for at least 6mo.
