Location is great, but a bit pricey (even for L.O.). Some of the newer residents don't even get one assigned parking spot, and if you do have 2 cars you'll have parking trouble (unless you want to shell out 100.00/mo for a garage). Landscaping was nice a couple years ago, but now there's not even much grass in some areas, although leafblowers and/or grassmowers wreak havoc on a daily basis. Poor lighting along pathways can make for a dangerous spill if you don't know where the steps are located. Poor insulation, but nice big windows. Fitness center is nice.
