Where does confused live, becaue it sure isn't Oswego Pointe!

I can understand why the comments of annonymous on 11/14 was titled confused, because they obviously are CONFUSED about where they live!
First of all according to the person's statement they have only lived there for one year. In that time they only went through one management team. If you have been here longer than that you have been through approx. 4-5 times that number, which leads to a great deal of frustration.
Second of all according to the person's statement about the maintence staff taking care of everything and if they can't they have someone else come out is a crock! Yeah maint. shows up and sometimes they get it right if it's not too tricky, or they patch it together for a quick fix, and on a rare occassion they actually get it right and you don't have to have them come out time and time again. BUT this is not the same staff that has been here for the long hall either so once again look at the time!
Thirdly in response to the bigot remark and not moving, did the person who wrote this ever consider the fact that for many reasons a person feels stuck and can't move! Let's review a list of reasons:
1. They don't have any more money to pay moving expenses(i.e. first and last and deposit). Alot of people have just enough to live on paycheck to paycheck.
2. When they moved in they were sold a bill of goods by the fast talking, smooth tongued, slick sales people at O.P. who call themselves "leasing agents", and thought they were moving into great apartments. Now once they are here they are stuck. Not always easy to pick up and move depending on cost, location to job, location to shopping etc.
The apartments have gone though huge changes, and yes they are trying or appear to be trying. The new management team seems to want to really work hard to please the residents, but a couple of the girls have major "snotty" attitude's (can't think of the blonde's name, but she's the worst and it wasn't Maria).
There is mold growing and the maint, crew can't seem to find the problem or do anything about it.
The landscaping is poor, there is moss growing all over everything including the sidewalk. It get's wet, muddly and extremely slippery. There are parts of the sidewalks that are raised up due to tree roots. With the poor to no lighting in some areas walking back from the store is dangerous. Especially since there are so many seniors living in the apartments, walking back from the store makes it quite precarious.
Parking is poor. People are always parking in residents spots, but the management is good about getting them towed when appropriate. People park in front of pathways so you have to climb in the bushes to get to the walkway to your apartment. But once again the management will have them towed in a timely manner.
The clubhouse is kept up pretty well, and it was nice to have a ping pong table added. However the theatre room can use some improvements when it comes to the vcr that hangs from wires and has loud static when trying to watch.
Overall people can be pleased with some general things, but really isn't the place it looks like when you first walk up and isn't what is promised when you get the smoozing from the sales people prior to signing.
The apartments are old, and need alot of work that you actually start noticing after you've moved in.
