The apartments are big but cozy. Floors seem a little thin, thus it might be a drag to live on the lower level, but my 2nd floor place is lovely. Great trees, lots of birds, friendly neighbors. Just renewed for a second year. I've found management to be responsive and pleasant, and mostly, if people want to complain about stuff, it's only b/c they're spoiled or their expectations are unfair. But that's another story...
