Structurally Unsafe-Arrogant & Incompetant Management

Buildings have many proplems including structural issues that can be considered hazerdous and possibly in violation of building and safty codes.



The above statement is only exceeded by managers that are incompetant, arrogant, and answer to owners that either don?t care or are to stupid to understand what they have gotten themselve?s into.



Could be a nice place to live it weren?t for the above.
