Living at Oswego Pointe is like owning a boat --- your two happiest days are the day you bought the boat and the day you sold it! What a waste -- great location, roomy units but lousey management. When I questioned the manager over an issue, she indicated the proud owner actually visited from San Francisco nearly every week!! I DON'T THINK SO... I did a bit of research and found out the owner is actually an investment fund in San Francisco headed by and investment banker --- greed is good, remember --- this guy probably couldn't find the place with a map & GPS.... but, that kind of deception is just a tool of management...
