These people don't know how to treat you like a customer. The management seems to train their employees to lie to get around problems or complaints, and they are not even good at it. They don?t care about you once they have you as a renter.
If you have an easy maintenance problem it gets done right away. If it's hard it is ignored.
They started charging for water and Sewer through a company in Califonia, but we don't have qany water meters to know how much we are using. They just charge a one bed room $32.00 a month and a 2 bed room $40.00 a month. When you leave they illegal take the last payment out of your security deposit and they illegal take out a charge for shampoing your carpet. That is against Oregon state regulation for security deposits.
