lived here three years. rent never went up once! quiet neighborhood, crime non-existent, no homeless or transient issues. spacious floorplan. larger than normal kitchen. lots of windows. lots of grumpy seniors! management and service crew adequate, certainly nothing to get all bent out of shape over! in case you people didn't notice, it rains here constantly. if you want perfectly manicured grass and moss-free concrete, move to san diego and grow your own rock garden. if i could afford to own in this area i would in a second.
where i am moving to, all of the reviews are about crime, break-ins, bugs, and loud neighbors. and here, ooh it's dark and dangerous, spare me. my biggest gripe is inefficient electric heating costs an average of $130/month during the winter. this place has been great for me. i get to look forward to crap-ass apartments from now on. i can't wait to move.
