1-10 (10 is best)

Management: 1 (the manager is the worst)

Parking: 3 (at least they have garages, which was hard for me to find in LO, but the lots are small, and my car has been hit 2ce in 1 year!)

Fitness/clubhouse/etc: 6 (the only nice part.)

Floorplans: 2 (the PATIOS ARE IN THE FRONT, NOT PRIVATE AT ALL)

Maintenance: 2 (who knows if they even bother coming to TRY to fix stuff most of the time you just get the runaround from the office.)

Security: 4 (Sure, it's off the road, but EVERYONE knows where it is, and it's EXTREMELY DARK.)

Community: 3 (neighbors are nice for the most part, but the staff doesn't go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. Continental breakfast and free coffee don't make up for being rude and un-responsive the rest of the time. By the way, EVERYWHERE I've lived gives free coffee.)

If you want to live downtown L.O., I guess this is really the only option, but if you are looking for a HOME, you may consider any of ther other apartments in Lake O. I lived somewhere in Mountain Park before this, and it was ten times better than Oswego Pointe, I moved for the garage, but I always regret it.
