Horrible, Bad management, some very insincere staff, and the few sweet and competent employees that everyone loved were fired! So glad I had the short lease! It looked so nice at first, but Management lied about noise levels between apts, "the walls two feet thick , it's very quiet etc." ...after I asked for a quiet place that I needed to recover & made sure they knew that was my top priority!! They didn't care, just wanted to rent the space.
Then, NO help with extreme & obnoxious noise levels, stomping, pounding, kids jumping on ceilings, shaking the apt.etc. Loud, drunk obnoxious upstairs neighbors returning home at all hours between 3-4a.m.
Police frequented grounds due to many complaints. Totally unable to reach apartment upper management when new manager took over. Was treated rudely, with no respect, and my statements were ignored, It was living hell until I left. What a horrible experience!!If you want a quiet, clean nice place to live, seek elsewhere!!
