First I am not a manager or employee.We moved here a short while ago and I will say they are lovely apartments and the office staff and maintenance people are professional and very nice.They are very prompt with requests and the apartment is beautiful.We hear no noise from upstairs or next door... and the grounds are well kept and gorgeous.The lake and river are close and the shopping ...farmers and art market just across the street.Shopping is so convienient ...our neighbors and all the people we have met so far are friendly and its a pleasure coming home...
