overpriced with obnoxious management

The apartments themselves are nice, in a good location and kept up reasonably well. However, they are still overpriced, and every time a lease is up, they try to raise rent another 10%. On top of this, the management is stuck up and not helpful. It is an imposition to ask them for anything. It might be nice if you can get one of the low rate move in specials they advertise, but don't plan on sticking around to renew the lease
