While the apartments are nice, the parking and maintenance are a problem. Each unit has at least 2 cars and the other tenants park anywhere they can find space. This makes it very difficult to get out of your driveway because of cars parked so close. The maintenance is almost non-existant. You have to wait 3-6 weeks after you put in a request for someone to get back to you and then have to schedule an appt. Another delay. Very poor attitudes from the property managers, Ashton Tenly. The mailboxes have been broken into and weren't fixed for a week.
