Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
I've lived there for almost 4yrs. In those years they've taken away the paid cable and water/sewer. My rent really hasnt gone up but $5.00 so I guess that makes up for it. But I just can't see paying for water/sewer in an apt! Also if you decide to live in the older dark brown apts (to the right of the complex) be prepared to have them shut the water off occasionally for hours at a time to fix the plumbing. (good thing I work during the day) They have done that 3x this month already and is an ongoing thing. The neighbors are mostly friendly and have had no problems there.
