Enjoy the unmentioned water sewer garbage fee!
They did not mention that they did not pay this fee, while many apartments in the area and in the Portland Metro area do.
If you ask them, you will learn that this fee is about 73$, so add that to the rent you expect to pay.

Mine was about $20 per person. They told us $25 per person. I didn't mind. Generally when you pay your own it is because the rent is at least $50-75 less than at places that do pay utilities. |

I moved the year they started charging that fee. The year before that they stopped paying for basic cable. They kept taking away paid services and raising the rent, meanwhile the building hadn't been getting any better. They put the new roof on the place when I was there. That's when I had a worker put his foot through my bathroom ceiling, they never fixed it. I think they charged me for that too.
