manager is awful don't move here

I have lived at Parkridge since the summer of 2000. When I first moved here the office staff was very helpful and accomadating. It was until the new manager started in September of 2003, that I noticed drastic negative changes. Since September most of my neighbors have moved and the apartments still seem to be empty.
The new manager is very rude and disrespectful. I left the office after paying rent, and overheard her laughing at how I was dressed.
The water/sewer bills are outrageous. For one person it is around $35.00 per month!
I am looking to buy a house and I can't wait to move out of this place. It is to bad, it used to be such beautiful apartments. The Maintenance staff is the only thing this property has going for it.

I'm not sure who the manager was at this time, however the manager now Heather is the best thing to happen to Parkridge, she is highly capable and has made much needed improvements.

I disagree, I'm assuming the manager was in fact Heather, and in my review you can read praises for her and her assistant. They always provided exceptional customer service when they could help!
