We were very excited to move into Park Ridge. It is in a safe and nice neighborhood. However within the first month of living here we had an ant infestation, our dryer broke, and my friend almost fell through the deck. They were very prompt in removing the damaged deck, however they took 6 weeks to build us another one. The managment has been very unpleasant, unprofessional, and have different rules for different tenants.
