HSC Property Management--THE WORST!

I live in Canberra Heights -- down the hill from Parkridge --both run by HSC Management. The office staff consists of blank-eyed, passive/agressive females who will tell you that they only take orders. From whom' Some guy at HSC management downtown. HSC doesn't have a listing in the phone book; their website doesn't list any telephone numbers. Doesn't that tell you something. HSC took over last December and the place is going downhill fast. Packs of kids running wild, screaming at the top of their lungs; old junk cars with For Sale signs in the windows sitting for weeks in guest parking; loud parties, cars careening through the complex. RUN--DON'T WALK FROM ANY PLACE RUN BY HSC!!!
