HSC Property Management--THE WORST!

I live in Canberra Heights -- down the hill from Parkridge --both run by HSC Management. The office staff consists of blank-eyed, passive/agressive females who will tell you that they only take orders. From whom? Some guy at HSC management downtown. HSC doesn't have a listing in the phone book; their website doesn't list any telephone numbers. Doesn't that tell you something. HSC took over last December and the place is going downhill fast. Packs of kids running wild, screaming at the top of their lungs; old junk cars with For Sale signs in the windows sitting for weeks in guest parking; loud parties, cars careening through the complex. RUN--DON'T WALK FROM ANY PLACE RUN BY HSC!!!

To anyone out there reading these VERY OLD POSTS...I lived at Parkridge from 2004 to 2010 because the apartments themselves and the location were excellent. The office staff, however, as well as HSC/Riverstone Management Company were, indeed, blank-eyed and passive/aggressive, as well as catty, cold, haughty, rude, and antagonistic. They did at least a dozen things over the years that caused me untold stress, confusion, and money! Read all my posts if you need details, but suffice it to say: nothing has changed there and they are weird, untrustworthy people.
