My boyfriend and I moved there after college as our "first apartment," we were able to save money while living in a small studio and then the office staff was very willing to help us transfer to a larger apartment later on.
We found the maintenance staff friendly, VERY helpful, and willing to help anytime. The internal entry building known as parkridge 2 is a bit "dorm-ish" but cheap, and well-maintained.
When we moved over to the other building I was very happy with the floorplans. These apartments get great light, are quiet, and the landscaping is quite pretty.
All in all, there are a few little things, but we REALLY enjoyed our time there, and have recommended the apartments to others.
By the way, when I was a resident, the women in the office were more than willing to bend over backwards for us and proved that time and again with customer service that made us feel very special.
