Staff, apartments, grounds, landscaping, maintenance, apartment I have ever had. And I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
Honestly, Living in an apartment is never that great, they are old, and used, and lived in, and ALL COMPLEXES use cheap stuff to repair them.
BUT this one makes it all worthwhile. The pool, deck and clubhouse have been renovated and make a nice place to share with other residents. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, I have found it to be a lovely experience.
There are two women in the office now that really make this complex a "community." They are always asking how we are doing and are genuinely concerned with our needs and the needs of all the residents. They even remember our granddaughters name when she comes to visit! We have events around the pool in the summer (this year it was a Pirate Party!) and we have Bingo in the winter. Our Bunko group meets in the clubhouse regularly and the office gals are always sure that we have a good time.
All in all the last few years here have been the best we have seen. This community is worth it!
