I rented my apartment at Parkridge about 6 months ago, my lease is coming up and I am going to re-sign for another 6 months.
I think whoever owns this place sure sinks a ton of money into it.
Parkridge is always doing improvements and offers spectacular resident functions.
I shopped around for my apartment throughout the LO area and found that hands down Parkridge was the only staff who was interested in helping me.
I have referred several of my friends and will continue to do so.
Great place to live.
