Which was nice. I got $213 back from a total of $300 in deposits. My girlfriend lived there too and she had $150 deposit and got back over $100. The only reason we moved was we wanted a house with a yard.
The people that work there were very nice to us and the maintenance guy was pretty cool.
They have a lot of functions like the other review says. Once my gf won a coffee maker, but they are always giving free rent. Also, I got $500 to refer my friends (two of them still live there, I'm going to tell them to write a review so you can get a current resident on here.)
Close to Hankos which is nice, and a Thriftway and video store. Also close to all major freeways but still out of the way.
I did not recieve one of my packages once, but the asst.manager stopped me when i was walking through to the fitness center to tell me it was there. I never got a notice from the deliver co., the ladies that work there were always really eager to chat with me and i liked that, and they let my dog in the clubhouse.
Parking is not a prob. in the older buildings, unless they are full which they were as my girlfriend was moving out. And the call box on the front door goes out once and awhile.
I had a good experience.
