Dissapointing.

Parkridge is dissapointing.

You pay for water, trash, cable.

When I moved in you didn't have to pay for any of these things.

They come in to your apartment to do inspections.

The side of Parkridge near the trees is loud because of the constant traffic below.

The side near the street is hot and dark (no sun comes in) and has no view whatsoever.
