office staff unprofessional. not responsive or respectful of tenants time when maintenance requests are made.
the office staff is very important 'cuz you have to deal with them when something goes wrong. i wouldnt refer a friend here. too many other places around neighborhood that have decent managers. the general manager is suprisingly bad. Big staff turnover. Something wrong here.
seems like a good place when you sign the lease, but as tenency goes on, arbitrary "late" fees, other fees, and apartments deteriorating.
hard to feel at home with ridiculous rent increases and move-out fees looming.
maintenance staff probably just does what office or HSC prop tells them, but maintenance is horribly slow and requires many calls and many visits.
parking a "2" because lights are burned out and not replaced-unsafe.
gave noise level a 2 cuz apartments are just noisy, but, this place is non-responsive to noise complaints and cars racing thru. kids and animals live here.
safety a 2 cuz sidewalks are cracked or uneven, lights burned out, even after complaint.

big staff turnover? This must have been written by another manager, because the manager has been the same since I lived there. (I still keep in touch,) And the asst. has been there since 2004 I think.

I agree with the maintenance comment. It takes numerous requests and visits to take care of a single maintenance issue.
