the manager is unprofessional - non-responsive to the tenant's needs. all the times I spoke with her she treated me as if i were the one at fault, even for minor maintenance issues. there is a high staff turnover rate.

there are hidden fees involved such as water, sewer, and trash it amounts to about $40 a month. when you sign the lease they state that the fees are minimal.

there are several other complexes that you should check out before parkridge. the location is great but you pay for the bad customer service.
