I just moved here from out of state, and I found this an easy move. The office staff was able to help me with all of my questions over the phone and even lined up some rental furniture for me.
The property is one of the nicer ones in the area, and there aren't a lot of other places I found that look this nice.
I saw two apartments when I finally made my first visit after a week or so of emailing. The first one had older carpet and smelled musty and that was my only complaint. When we got back to the office, the gal called maintenance on the radio to have them re-clean it. They seem to be very on top of things here.
I ender up getting another apartment that had NEW carpet, and that's really what i would reccommend. But I'm paying $50 more for the "newer" apartment.
I had a work order the first week I was here, and it was fixed the very same day as well.
