Honestly, there is little to complain about. The office staff was always super super nice and the maintenance men are sooo great. They can fix anything. And they'll chat you up if you're home when they come. I lived here for 3 years and I've been happy 99% of the time. The worst thing - the late fees are STEEP. But you aren't late until the 5th of the month. And even though I was pissed when I got it - it was my own fault for paying my rent late. The townhouse units are gorgeous - I lived in one for a year. And the apartment buildings are a little shabby...but you get what you pay for. There aren't granite counter tops or Italian marble floors by any means. Anyway, overall it was a good experience.
Oh, and one thing about some of the previous comments. I don't know what they were complaining about with the water/trash bill. It's a utility bill. Not too weird. Pretty normal.
